21 Jan 2015 at 13:17hrs | Views
Zimbabweans are excited about the coming "LAST SUPPER" celebrations on the 21st of February 2015. The event has since been adopted by politicians, religious organizations and general populace worldwide.

What started as an initiative of the MDC youth Assembly in South Africa has since attracted the attention of all sundry. To date exiled Zimbabweans in different corners of the globe has expressed interest in partaking in this noble event.

In Zimbabwe several organizations have indicated their desire to send off the dictator as better days are coming soon.

As if not to be overtaken, religious prophets are now in the habit of "prophesying "on a bright future for our beloved motherland. So many "prophets" are deviating from the Mugabe praise singing and are slowly crawling back to the people of Zimbabwe.

Speaking to this reporter, the MDC T Youth Assembly Chairman in South Africa, Shelton Chiyangwa was excited with the whole progress, "I feel humbled that the world has found reason in our initiative. We encourage every person to wear red and black colors on the event of Mugabe's birthday. Zimbabweans in all corners of the world are encouraged to gather and map the way forward – a life without the dictator, we truly believe that the LAST SUPPER is one last one."

It is in the UK where one Zimbabwean did not struggle to prove that common sense is not so common. One a Nick Mangwana, who landed on the British shores and was sustained by taxpayers' monies as an asylum seeker, claiming that he was running away from the despot, Mugabe has decided to be a poor dump-squib. True to his challenged state of mind, he equally challenged the wisdom of the entire progressive Zimbabwean citizenry which fully agrees with the organizers of the LAST SUPPER  that Mugabe is in the sunset of his rule never the less his life.

MDC T South Africa Youth Assembly Organiser, Tinashe Chifamba has expressed satisfaction on the progress so far with regards to the LAST SUPPER, "I am elated at the prospects of this great and unhonourable sent off for a man who have robbed us the youths of our lives. This is the very beast that has been a stumbling block to our aspirations. It needs no rocket scientist to prove that Mugabe is on his was out. "

The momentum is now high and is at it's apex as all systems are in place for the LAST SUPPER. Events have already been confirmed in the UK, United States, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and many other countries where Zimbabweans are scattered fleeing from the dictator , Mugabe. In Zimbabwe, people will be meeting across the country bemoaning the dearth of the once prosperous nation which has since been invaded and abused by a heartless regime.

On the same day of the LAST SUPPER, the despot will be wining and dining probably for the last time in the resort town of Victoria Falls. In direct contrast, iron at its worst – it is in Matabeleland where the despot killed so many sons and daughters of the soil. We pray that Mugabe will get time to apologise to the people of Matabeleland for Gukurahundi , the marginalization, discrimination and the impoverishment he has put on them. We pray that the LAST SUPPER shall impress on him to seek peace with the people of Binga, Lupane, Hwange, Nkayi, Tsholotsho for all the atrocities he committed against them during that period he admits to have gone made for almost four years. May the people of MATABELELAND GIVE THEIR TORMENTOR HIS LAST SUPPER.

As Zimbabweans shall wear red and black – carrying morgue flowers. Solemnly marching in quartets, balancing the coffins of their dictator. May the LAST SUPPER truly be the real LAST SUPPER.

As we shall arise to deliver the LAST SUPPER truly we shall bury our political problems as the chief architect of the same shall eat his LAST SUPPER.

Dr. Wangu Mazodze will definitely partake in he LAST SUPPER.
