As its part of democratic accountability and responsibility the PEC will table reports before the general membership pertaining to its performance and aspirations for the future".

"The Chairperson will deliver the strategic and the all-encompassing report which will dwell on the state of ZAPU in the Europe Province, assess milestones of each Portfolio and begin to set the benchmarks for the following year. In his conclusion Mr Mabhena wrote "As a member this is your democratic opportunity and responsibility to contribute towards the future trajectory of the Province and Party as a whole. In the very near future the Party will be holding its National Congress to elect new National leadership that process starts now. It is your opportunity to discuss the leadership that you would like to see and also to task the leadership to do what you want them to do for you".
