To: All Provincial Chairpersons

cc: All District and Ward Chairpersons

Date: 28 February 2013

Re: Call for Presidential Candidate Nominations

You are hereby advised that Appendix 2 section 1 of the MDC constitution provides that the Presidential candidate should be selected by the party under and in terms of the party constitution which requires that each party province nominates its choice of candidate for the Presidential election.

Accordingly, you are hereby requested to cause your province to make its nomination for the party Presidential candidate for the 2013 elections and communicate the same to my office no later than 28 February 2012.

Your cooperation in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
