CAN it be classified as a strange arrangement when two men swap wives or simply an act of jealousy by another woman to "fix' her ex-husbands "new" wife by dating her former husband?

Wonder no more because this has allegedly happened following revelations that a Bulawayo woman Dorcas Tshuma is allegedly head over the heels in love with her ex-husband Nkosinqobile Mthunzi's "new" wife Sikhanyisiwe Kikins's former husband Qhubekani Maduna, an ex-police officer.

The quartet all from Bulawayo is in South Africa where they are reportedly outshining each other.

Reports are that Dorcas and Qhubekani hooked up in an apparent bid to "fix" their estranged partners Nkosinqobile and Sikhanyisiwe. It is alleged that Dorcas planned to "fix" Sikhanyisiwe by dating her former husband after she vainly tried to stop her wedding with Nkosinqobile at the Bulawayo Magistrates Court early this year.

On the day in question when Dorcas tried to stop Nkosinqobile and Sikhanyisiwes wedding she pitched up unexpectedly while the two lovebirds were in the process of exchanging marriage raws and declared to the presiding magistrate that she was still customarily married to Nkosinqobile.

However, the two later wedded after Nkosinqobile had approached the customary court to annul his relationship with Dorcas in which he was accusing her of being infertile after their four-year marriage had not been blessed with children. Nkosinqobile was reportedly accusing Dorcas of being barren because he had two children from his previous marriage. According to a source close to the quartet Dorcas and Qhubekani's met after a story by this publication where Dorcas was captured stopping Nkosinqobile and Sikhanyisiwes wedding.

Although the pictures were captured to 'expose' Nkosinqobile and Sikhanyisiwe's 'secret' wedding, Dorcas and Maduna made something out of them apparently as the source of their relationship.

"What happened is that after that story when Dorcas was captured stopping her ex-husband's wedding with Sikhanyisiwe the latter's ex-husband Maduna who was in South Africa came back home and made frantic efforts to locate Dorcas until he found her. After meeting the two, it seems, struck a love deal as a way of fixing their estranged partners before Maduna took Dorcas to his base in South Africa where they are staying together. The two later sparked romance rumours when they started sending undressed pictures of themselves to Nkosinqobile and Sikhanyisiwe apparently as a way of fixing them. Dorcas and Maduna are also sending threatening messages to their ex-lovers.

The source also said Dorcas was refusing to surrender title deeds of the house which they bought with Nkosinqobile during the subsistence of their marriage. The papers of the house are reportedly with her brother Professor Tshuma. Although Dorcas and Maduna could not be reached for comment, Sikhanyisiwe, who was at first evasive, later confirmed the goings on saying Dorcas and Maduna were fighting a loosing battle if they thought their "clandestine" alliance was going to disturb her undying love to Nkosinqobile.

"Who told you the story? Lina bantu be B-Metro lithandindaba zabantu lake langikhipha futhi kuphepha lenu after Dorcas stopped my wedding. Ufunani vele? (You B-Metro guys you like people's stories you once wrote about me in your paper after Dorcas stopped my wedding, what do you want exactly). My brother let me tell you if Dorcas and Maduna think they are fixing us as they are sending us their pictures they are wasting their time. I am happily married to Nkosinqobile and our love will never die because of their silly shenanigans. They are also in the habit of sending us threatening messages but what they should know is that their acts, bent on fixing us, are a storm in a tea cup," she said.
