Whoever wins in the reality series, depending on their business projects and character, will walk away with US$25 000 to start their own businesses.

The season four of "My Own Boss" has been dubbed "Buy Zimbabwe Edition" and it seeks to identify, nurture, educate and expose raw talent for youths between the ages 18 and 35.
