THE insatiable appetite for Bev and the Sexy Angels continues as her act returns to Bulawayo, barely a week after her show in the city where a male reveller stripped naked for her on stage.
Club Forty 40 will tomorrow hold another Bev and Sexy Angels Show.
Bev has over the past months been the highlight of night life in the city with her sexually suggestive dances that leave little to the imagination.
Last week at the Basement Night Club, an unidentified male reveller stole the show after stripping naked while on stage as a way to prove his manhood to Bev and the Sexy Angels during their show.
The man's behaviour stunned the usually nerveless Bev, who ran off stage before the lights in the venue were dimmed and the man was carried off by a troop of security guards and police officers only to be released later.
In an interview yesterday, the general manager of Club Forty 40 Andrew Nzombe said the show would be graced by Bulawayo dance group Exotic Rhumba dancers.
He said after the performance of Exotic Rhumba Dancers, Bev and the Sexy Angels would get on stage.
"We will have Bulawayo dance group Exotic Rhumba Dancers from 8pm till 12midnight. Thereafter Bev and the Sexy Angels will get on stage until 3am," said Nzombe.
He said the show would be one to remember because revellers would be getting the best of both worlds.
"There will be two dance groups and those who will come to the show will certainly enjoy themselves.
We have a pole in the club and we have introduced ladies night on Thursday nights with DJ Prince," said Nzombe.
Contacted for comment, Beverly "Bev" Sibanda, the self-proclaimed pleasure manager, confirmed that she was coming to the city.
She said fans should brace themselves for a memorable show.
"I did not cause that man to strip, but anyway people should come to the show and have a good time. We entertain more than we dance because that is what we do best," said Bev, the 21-year-old raunchy dancer.
She said people were clamouring for her rival Zoey but there was no difference between their acts.
"We both call men on stage to be part of the acts, but there is no difference between me and her. The only difference is the type of music that we play during the performance," said Bev.
She said before her show in Bulawayo she would stop over in Gweru to perform alongside dancehall sensation Jah Prayzah. "We will come to Bulawayo after our afternoon show in Gweru with Jah Prayzah," said Bev.
The Sexy Angels comprise Chantel Dlamini, Mercy Mukumire and recruit Heather Tamanyika.
