Cynthia Moyo a 23 year-old Bulawayo beauty queen started modeling at a tender age of twelve and is currently a Media and Communications student with Zimbabwe Open University.

She  is one of the bevy of Zimbabwean beauties who qualified to participate in this year's edition of the  Miss Global International Zimbabwe beauty pageant which is due to be held on the 4th of August 2012 in Harare.



The winner of this year's event will travel to Jamaica in September this year where she will compete in the Miss Global International, an international pageant that promotes Global Tourism.

In an interview with Bulawayo24 News, Miss Moyo said ; "It feels like a dream to be taking part in Miss Global International Zimbabwe Finals 2012 which is a Jamaican pageant aimed at mainly promoting tourism and women's empowerment and I am ready to represent Bulawayo and hopefully Zimbabwe in the Miss Global International pageant.




My dream is to make a difference in women and children's lives ,tackle issues of child  abuse, abuse of women, and to engage in projects that  will  help the victims to acquire a better education, live healthy lives and have enough food on their table."

The pageant, which is  a red carpet event will be held at Rainbow Towers, Harare. Tickets can be bought  under the reference "Cynthia" at  the AFC Restaurant, Joina Mall  and the Butchers Kitchen in  Borrowdale, Harare.
