Popular Studio 263 actor arrested

Popular Studio 263 actor, Blacks, has been arrested for threatening a Norton businessman after Blacks' moves towards the man's wife failed.

Bevelino Gwanzura, better known as Blacks, light in complexion and 'bouncer-like', was arrested in Harare after the hidden caller identity he used in threatening her was tracked. The case was reported at Norton police station under case number CR100/11/12.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that Gwanzura has been conniving with three police officers based at Harare Central police station CID section after he allegedly bribed them. The three cops are reported to be under investigation and Gwanzura was detained at Norton Police station where he was assisting police with investigations.




"Gwanzura has been hiding after he was confronted by the businessman following his failed love attempts to the businessman's wife. The woman quickly informed her husband," said the source.

It could not be confirmed by the time of going to Press if the three police officers have been arrested or not. With corruption high on the police agenda, the three are likely to face the music if they are found on the wrong of the law.
