Restless Development is the global leader in youth-led development - demonstrating at the grassroots and policy levels that young people can and must play a lead role.

Restless Development Zimbabwe is seeking talented and dynamic leaders to take up the roles in our new life skills and employability project. The successful candidates will have the skills and ability to ensure quality and impact across all our programme areas, coupled with the passion and commitment for developing others and empowering young people to be the best they can be. Strong team players with excellent analytical skills and strategic understanding as well as individuals who can observe all systems and procedures. These are ideal opportunities for individuals looking to enhance their experience in youth programming in the NGO sector and gain experience across a range of functions. The following positions are available:

1) Programme Coordinator (1): To be based in Harare with extensive travel within Zimbabwe to Restless Development programme areas
2) Assistant Programme Coordinators (2): To be based in Harare and Bulawayo
3) Assistant Programme Coordinator - Finance (1): To be based in Harare
4) Assistant Programme Coordinator - Monitoring and Reporting (1): To be based in Harare
